Yes, we're happy to offer complimentary shipping for all U.S. domestic orders.

Once your order is placed, please allow for 1-3 business days to process and an additional 3-7 business days to receive. Please allow extra transit time for orders to Alaska and Hawaii. All shipping times are estimates and we are not able to guarantee any shipping timelines.

Once shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to stay updated on your package.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays and the following U.S. holidays:

We typically launch our pre-orders 4-6 weeks before we expect to receive the merchandise in our NY warehouse. Our bags are all handcrafted in Korea in limited production quantities. As such, we greatly appreciate your patience.
