Each component was thoughtfully sourced from the leather to the finishing accents.
Full-Grain Bovine Leather
We source full-grain, chrome-tanned bovine leather for all Amalier bags from local tanneries based in Korea. Full-grain leather is made from the top layer of the hide and is the highest quality leather available, prized for its natural beauty and durability. We chose a chrome tanning process for our leather to enhance the flexibility, retain water and scratch resistant qualities, and provide a more supple feel.
Lining
Our Daely Tote is lined with 100% twill cotton given its lightweight and breathable structure, softness, and durability. Cotton is an easy-to-clean textile, which makes it the perfect lining option for bigger work bags.
We source our cotton lining from a textile factory based in Korea.
Metal Accents
All Amalier bags are finished with 18k satin gold-toned accents. Our custom decorations are produced in Korea.
We exclusively use YKK zippers, which is known for its high level of durability and smooth functionality.
Stitching Threads
We stitch all Amalier bags with Serafil threads produced by Amann Group. Founded in 1854, Amann Group is a German manufacturer that is known for its innovation and premium-quality threads.
Serafil is renowned for its strength, silky sheen, and resistance to wear and UV damage.
