We spend months designing and refining each piece with detailed craftsmanship. But in case you change your mind, we offer a full refund on eligible returns. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to process your return request as we are currently a one-person team. We appreciate your patience.
Return Policy
Items are eligible for a refund in the original form of payment if returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new and unused condition with original packaging, protective materials in place, and all tags attached. This includes dust bags. We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements (i.e., found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, altered from its original condition, or is without original packaging and tags). Refused items will be returned to you at your cost.
A $25 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover return shipping, inspection, and repackaging costs and does not apply to defective or incorrect items.
Any express or expedited shipping charges selected at checkout are non-refundable.
Please email hello@amalier.com to initiate a return. We will send you a return label once your request has been approved. Items must be postmarked back to us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund in the original form of payment.
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item, we recommend returning it for a refund then placing a new order for your desired item. Please email hello@amalier.com for assistance initiating a return.
Refunds
Once we have received your package, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and processing.
Refunds are issued only after returned items have been inspected and approved. For approved non-defective returns, a $25 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee does not apply to defective or incorrect items.

If there is an issue with the item you received, we invite you to email hello@amalier.com with a description and images of the issue within 5 days of delivery. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to process your issue and provide a return label.
