When will I receive my order?
Once your order is placed, please allow for 1 to 3 business days to process and an additional 2 to 8 business days to receive. Please allow extra transit time for orders to Alaska and Hawaii. All shipping times are estimates and we are not able to guarantee any shipping timelines.
Once shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to stay updated on your package.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays and the following U.S. holidays:

Delivery is dependent on carriers and can be subject to weather and other transit delays.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, Amalier is not responsible for delays, loss, or misdelivery caused by the shipping carrier.
If a customer selects or uses carrier-managed delivery options (such as UPS MyChoice, delivery re-routing, release authorization, or signature waivers), responsibility for the delivery and any associated claims may transfer to the recipient in accordance with the carrier’s policies.
In these cases, Amalier may be limited in our ability to file insurance claims or recover lost packages. We encourage customers to monitor tracking closely and ensure delivery preferences align with their availability.
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
We're happy to assist you with any adjustments to your order before it has been shipped. Once it has been shipped, we are unable to make any adjustments.

What countries are available for delivery?
We currently offer delivery to the U.S. only.

When will I receive my pre-ordered item(s)?
We typically launch our pre-orders 4-6 weeks before we expect to receive the merchandise in our NY warehouse. Our bags are all handcrafted in Korea in limited production quantities. As such, we greatly appreciate your patience.
We will send periodic updates via email on the pre-order timeline. You will also receive an email notification once your pre-order has shipped. Please allow for 3-7 business days to receive your package once it has been shipped. All shipping times are estimates and we are not able to guarantee any shipping timelines.
